Karate

Our karate classes are broken down into 3 groups;  the Little Ninjas (ages 4 to 6), the Juniors (ages 7 to 12), and the Adults.

Our Little Ninjas class teaches skills such as balance, coordination, focus, self control, memory, fitness, and teamwork with an emphasis on dealing with bullies and strangers.

Our Juniors class is broken down to a beginners and an advanced class. In the Beginning Juniors class students will learn the basics of karate and self-defense while also learning the importance self-discipline and self-control. Once ready, Juniors will move to the Advanced Juniors class where they will continue to develop what they learned in the Beginners class as well as learn more advanced skills such as kata, sparring, and groundwork.

Our Adult Class focuses on teaching adults and older teens Karate with an emphasis on self-defense and self-improvement. They learn skills from the basic techniques of Karate as well as kata, sparring, groundwork, and other self-defense training. All our students work on skills which build confidence and getting in shape is just one of many benefits to training.
